Please read our appointment policies before booking an appointment

NEW CLIENTS please read

  • Must book a service from our New Client Menu ONLY! No Exceptions

  • Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of BOOKING your appointment. No EXCEPTIONS!

  • New Clients who bypass to book a service that is not under the New Client menu will have their appointment cancelled minus a 20% service fee.

  • All New Clients must be a referral from an existing client. Booking without being a referral will be cancelled minus a 20% service fee.

  • No REFUNDS for NO SHOWS, LATE or SAME DAY cancellations and no rebooking for No Shows. 

  • New Clients must pay for their service in full on their 1st visit.

  • Please do NOT contact us asking specific skin questions by phone or text...if you're unsure of what service to book or what your skin needs, please BOOK a Consultation 

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete our client intake form 

  • No other visitors during your appointment as this is a private skin clinic


  • If you are up to 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be reduced in order to accomodate our other clients.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a NO Show and no refund or credit will be given. Please call or text if you are unable to make your appointment (636)238-0093

  • If you purchase a package of services, they MUST be used within 6 months and a automatic gratuity of 20% will be added for each visit.

  • We understand that you have skin concerns that you wish to resolve quickly, but we ask that you be realistic in knowing that multiple treatments may be required in order to reach your skin goal. Our pricing is standard and is based upon our experiences, products and costs to operate. Please do not have higher expectations based on your personal budget.
