Need to Cancel?

You may cancel any prepaid appointment for a full refund within 24 hours of booking the appointment. After 24 hours you will receive a credit for future services or to purchase retail products. 

Need to Reschedule?

We send text & email appointment reminders 2 days & 24 hours before your appointment. We ask that you reschedule no later than 24 hours before your appointment. You may reschedule from the link on your reminder email or text or email us. There is a $20 charge for reschedules after 24 hours

Running Late?

We offer a 5-10 minute grace period when possible & not as a consistent option. Over 15 minutes late for 1 hour + appointments will be shortened by 15 mins. Over 15 minutes late for 30-45 minute appointments will be a NO SHOW & service cannot be rendered. Please contact us by text or phone if you anticipate being really late so we can reschedule. 

Forgot?

We understand things happen including there may be times where we may need grace, but we assure you that we will contact you and offer a discount if we aren't able to arrive to service you. So our policy to charge $35 for No Shows is to cover our loss of income of not being able to service someone else.
