Appointment Booking Policy
Effective July 2016
New Clients:
As of July 1st, 2016 new clients will be required pay a $25 deposit to hold your appointment including the skin consultation. This policy comes as a result of unverified online bookings and no-shows.
Your $25 deposit will be applied towards service, consultation or products. No shows or late cancellations will not be refunded or credited the $25 deposit. No exceptions.
Prepaid bookings that are a No Show will result in not being refunded as a recourse for our therapists reserving that time specifically for you and will be compensated for their time. A Late Cancel ( less than 24 hours) will be charged a late cancellation fee of $25. All Same DAY cancellations will be charged 50% of the service booked.
An invoice to pay the deposit will be sent after your booking online or by phone
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the New Client intake forms
$25 Late Cancellation (less than 24 hour notice, but not the Same Day) will be applied to all clients NO EXCEPTIONS
50% Same Day Cancellation Fee Clients who cancel on the Same Day of their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked
100% No SHOW FEE All client No Show's will be charged 100% of their service & prepaid bookings will not be refunded nor credited.
Expirations
Gift cards have 1 Year to be redeemed
Groupons; ALL Groupons are now expired & the paid value ONLY may be used towards a full price service. No refunds or credits will be given. Groupons that offer 3 visits MUST be used within 60 days. No exceptions!
Series & Treatment Packages; MUST be used within 6 Months. Packages may be transferred to another person only ONCE and may not be transferred back to the original client. The 6 month use time will expire from the original date of purchase time. Unused treatments will not be credited nor refunded.
