Q. Do you accept insurance?

A. No not at this time

Q. Can I book a chemical peel if I've had a chemical peel in the past?

A. Please schedule a skin consultation in order for us to determine if your skin is in the right condition to receive a chemical peel.

Q. Can you look at my skin before I book an appointment?

A. Yes. But you will first need to book & pay for a consultation.

 

Q. How will I know what my skin needs before booking a service?

A. We will only be able to also know what your skin needs by seeing you in person. We cannot advise through phone or text so we recommend that if unsure, please book a skin consultation.

 

Q. Does the skin consultation go towards a service.

A. YES. A portion of your consultation fee will go towards your service or products (whichever we recommend is best or your choosing)

 

Q. What if I miss my appointment but already paid for it?

A. Unfortunately, we will not honor a refund or credit to reschedule request if you missed your appointment without notifying us that you would not make your appointment. This is due to us being a very small & private clinic and we reserve appointments for a each client. No Shows equals a loss in pay for us as we have a steady and busy client base and wish to accomodate everyone accordingly.
